Paid £300 for an end of tenancy clean, came back to check the property and there was still cat food on the floor and it was evident that the downstairs floors hadn’t been cleaned.

Toothbrush holder still looked disgusting and they had thrown away trays and fridge inserts that belonged to the rental property as they clearly couldn’t be bothered to clean them.

When I called customer services they advised they don’t do refunds and the only option was to send the cleaners back, today was the last day of my tenancy so not able to do this.

I tried to have a level conversation but the man from their service line spoke over me and said “screw you” when I advised him I would have to write a review to warn others.

I paid for a service that was clearly not provided!

The worst Company I've ever used.
I have paid £ 412 for end of tenancy cleaning and nothing was done properly. The estate agency  took all my deposit money as the cleaning wasn't done as they've said.
When I checked the house with one of your cleaners, lots of spider cobwebs were around and I asked him to clean it ,he said that the other cleaner was too short and couldn't reach them ,not a very good excuse .I was expecting some chemicals to clean the mildew. Kitchen floor wasn't properly cleaned.I 've paid for the curtains to be cleaned and roller blind was not even touched or opened.I asked for a refund but I was declined.They did offer to go back but was too late as a new tenant occupied the house next day.
